Alabama Department of Education will transition to HireTrue as its new site starting on or after April 17th. Future applicants will need to read the instructions and information carefully below. 

• Hiretrue platform will supersede the current "Teach in Alabama" system as of May 31, 2024.
• Accessibility to the current site, "Teach in Alabama," will cease May 31, 2024.
• The new platform HireTrue is scheduled to launch on April 17, 2024. 
• All job postings will exclusively feature on the new platform "HireTrue" moving forward.
• If you currently have a "Teach in Alabama" account, it is advisable that you download any uploaded files such as resumes, transcripts, and contact information for references. 
• Job positings for the upcoming school year will be available on the new site HireTrue. 
• Everyone applying for a job in HireTrue will have to establish a account on the new HireTrue site to apply for future positions.
